These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods by Orpheus International Limited trading as Kumusha World (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers located in the UK wanting products delivered in Zimbabwe.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
To purchase goods from us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All goods are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our goods are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We deliver goods to Zimbabwe and aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of confirmation and deliver to the designated address within 6 weeks of order.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, or unforeseen delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

Certain goods may be held in stock within Zimbabwe for faster local delivery.
For goods already in Zimbabwe:
Any returns for goods stocked in Zimbabwe must be arranged through our designated local partner or office, as specified in your purchase confirmation.
We reserve the right to limit the availability of locally stocked goods and cannot guarantee consistent stock levels within Zimbabwe.
Goods delivered to Zimbabwe may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are included in the advertised product price and shipping cost.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under UK consumer law, provided the goods are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at service@kumushaworld.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our goods or delays in delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
All content on our website, including images, text, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or that of our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to such processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will not apply to orders already placed.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
Ownership of the goods will only transfer to you once full payment has been received, including any applicable delivery charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods purchased are not used for illegal purposes or in violation of local laws in Zimbabwe.
We are not liable for any misuse of our products by customers.
We warrant that the goods will conform to their description and be free from material defects at the time of delivery.
Any additional warranties provided by manufacturers are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and we will assist in facilitating claims where applicable.
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If your payment method is in another currency, conversion rates and fees are determined by your payment provider.
We are not responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Bulk orders or special requests may be subject to additional terms, including extended delivery times and custom pricing.

You may not resell our goods on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) without our express written consent.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at service@kumushaworld.com, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved amicably, you may refer it the courts as outlined in Clause 12.
If your purchase includes access to digital content or services, these are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your order if:
